On July 30, 2018, Zhejiang Tefu Boiler Technology Department requested assistance in analyzing the insufficient output of 3 sets of 20T gas boilers in the National Energy Intelligent Energy (Yangyang) project. After on-site inspection, the problem lies in a domestic brand fan (origin: Yancheng The actual air volume and wind pressure do not reach the required air volume of the 20T/H boiler, although the nameplate of the fan shows: the model is GY5-47, the rated current is 101A, the power is 55KW, the air volume is 12959-21204m3/h, and the wind pressure is 7655. -6829pa. However, actual users can only use 14T/h at present, and the natural gas flow rate is 1070m3/h. The burner inlet pressure is 4900pa, the fan is 50HZ, and the current is 89A, which is much lower than the nameplate.
On-site emergency decision to replace the WITT Viot fan, can not increase the motor power when the 20T / H output is met. Moreover, it is required to transport 3 fans to the site within 20 days. In the face of this urgent task, the WITT Viot Fan Technology Department, Purchasing Department and Factory Production Department will coordinate urgently and deliver on schedule on August 20, and in mid-September, 3 units. The WITT fan has been operating normally at the site, and the boiler output has reached 20T/H. It has excellent appearance, stable operation and low noise, which makes the service of the special rich boiler service personnel and users satisfied.
