On July 30, 2018, WITT Fans received the request from Zhejiang Tefu Boiler Technology Department to assist in the analysis of the insufficient output of 3 20T gas boilers of Zhongji Guoneng Intelligent Energy (Yangyang) project. After on-site inspection, the problem lies in a domestic production. The actual air volume and wind pressure of the brand fan (origin: Yancheng) does not reach the required air volume of the 20T/H boiler, although the nameplate of the fan shows: model GY5-47, rated current 101A, power 55KW, air volume 12959-21204m³/ h, the wind pressure is 7655-6829pa. However, the actual user can only use 14T/h, the natural gas flow is 1070m³/h. The burner inlet pressure is 4900pa, the fan is 50HZ, and the current is 89A, which is much lower than the nameplate.
An urgent decision at the scene to replace the WITT Fans can not increase the motor power when the 20T/H output is satisfied. Moreover, it is required to transport 3 fans to the site within 20 days. In the face of this urgent task, WITT Technology Department, Purchasing Department and Factory Production Department will coordinate urgently and deliver on schedule on August 20, and in mid-September, 3 TYs. The fan has been operating normally at the site, the boiler output has reached 20T/H, the appearance is refined, the operation is stable, and the low noise makes the service and the user of the special Teflon boiler satisfied.
